short handed sailing
these are in order of hope,
1 stay hooked on to the boat,
2 when showering in squalls stand on wet tee shirt in the cockpit you will slip and hurt your self, and dont put your glasses down where you can step on them.
3 run ropes if on a cat around the upright stantions.
4 make shure of your water +15%.
5 do not think you will catch fish for food( i caught two in 3050 miles.
hint if you need to fish drop your sails small fish will go into the shade ,and big fish will come and eat them , it does work,
6 make sure you have a change of impeller if you break your spares make sure you clean out the broke off parts from the chamber and fix up a small water pump to boost it . then when its running shut off the water pump,
7keep yourself fed well i lost four and a half stone in 27 days too much,
8 stop worring and enjoy the trip and remember why you are there watch the dawn and enjoy,
9reef down when you think about it its not a race its to get where your going safely.
beware admirals in the local bars the last time they went out was with nelson,
hope you like the comments
