I don't know how you guys make coffee on the move but I still am not sattisfied with how I do it.
I use a filter on top of a thermos. In port I just put it next to the kettle on the gimballed stove but there is not enough room over the filter to poor safely when the boat is on the move. And I would like to make some when underway!
